Why is KeepCup selling coffee?

KeepCup and great coffee have always gone hand in hand (literally). We started in cafés, and have spent years alongside independent roasters who care deeply about what’s in the cup. Beanz lets us bring some of that world to you, all in one place.

What's the difference between the roasters?

Every roaster has their own style. Some lean light, bright and fruit-forward. Others go bold, rich and chocolatey. Some are all about clean filter coffee, others know exactly how to build the perfect espresso. Browse around and find what tastes good to you.

Is the coffee ethically sourced?

Many of these roasters work closely with producers and source with transparency in mind, from origin and varietal through to processing and roasting. Good coffee tastes better when the people behind it are valued too.

How do I find the right beans for my brew method?

Each product page includes tasting notes, roast style and brew recommendations from the roaster.
Whether you’re brewing espresso, filter, plunger or something in between, there’s a bean for it.

Can I order my coffee already ground?

Yes, but it depends on the roaster. Some offer multiple grind options for different brew methods, while others are whole bean only. Available options will always be listed on the product page.

How should I store my coffee beans to keep them fresh?

Somewhere cool, dry and airtight. Keep your beans out of direct sunlight and away from heat to help them stay fresher for longer.

Is coffee shipped from KeepCup or the roaster directly?

It comes directly from the roaster. It means fresher coffee, faster shipping, and fewer unnecessary stops along the way.

Can I place one order with KeepCup's and coffee together?

Yep. You can add both to the cart and check out as normal. KeepCup products will ship from us, while coffee ships fresh from the roaster.

Can I order coffee beans if I am not in the UK?

Not just yet. We’re starting with the UK and taking things one good cup at a time.

Are you offering a subscription for coffee beans?

Not yet. For now, just reorder whenever the craving hits.
