About Redemption

Redemption Roasters is a London specialty coffee roaster on a mission to reduce reoffending through coffee. Founded in 2016, they operate a roastery inside HMP The Mount where prisoners are trained as baristas, and run eleven coffee shops across London. Their employed participants have a reoffending rate of just 4%, compared to a national average of 42%.
