Splashproof Lid Base

XXS catches every Barista's attention. Leave it just as hidden as it is in the depths of your website. Otherwise, thousands of people would buy it, and I would lose my unique selling point. Greetings from Germany!

Loved being able to personalise my Keep Cup with my favourite colour combination.

The Keepcup website shows two different coloured lids under the name "Deep Purple" -one in the Design Your Own preview (which looks purple) and one on the replacement parts page (which looks much darker and more blue toned). I was disappointed to receive a very blue toned lid after selecting the purple one in the Design Your Own tool. Surely the DYO preview should more accurately reflect the product. I would hesitate to trust the DYO tool again because it misled me into buying a colour scheme I don't like. With that said, I have loved my Keepcups since 2010 and this lid fits tightly and functions well.

I had a bad experience this time around where my lid didn’t fit causing my keep up to fall and break. I believe I got a defective product and am waiting for a replacement and I might change my rating based on the replacement’s quality.

Lids are OK, but the inner part that stops the leaks degrades over time. It becomes hard and thus starts leaking. Although they last for a few years, I'm now purchasing the second lot of replacement lids (third lid for the base). Kinda doesn't feel as eco-friendly or sustainable as I would have hoped, as the old lids now get tossed into the bin, adding to plastic waste.

Smell of the drink stays after multiple washes

My partners previous lid had a crack, but had lasted a number of years. Although a slightly different shade of Green, my partners Burlesque name is Midori Green/Emerald Envy so GREEN is her thing. 🤣

I had my previous lid for almost 10 years and the seal had slowly died over all of the years of hand washing. I was stoked that I could still get the same colour.

The newer lids are super liquid-tight so no spills in the car or on my shirt! A+

I've had a Keep Cup for like a decade or something, and the old lid started to get a bit of a smell to it that wasn't shifting. It feels AMAZING to be able to get just that one single part and keep using the rest of my original cup, and it's even had a redesign in that time so it's even more spillproof than the original. I'm ridiculously happy to be able to carry my original keep cup around again :)

Sadly, it doesn't fit my glass keepcup (perhaps my keepcup is another brand?)

Sipping works well and closing the lid completely has allowed avoiding little flies going for a swim in the hot weather!

After lots and lots of use, my existing Keep Cup lid was looking very 'past it'. I was stoked to learn that I could simply replace the lid base on it's own, rather than having to purchase a whole new cup.

This lid replacement is the perfect fit which is why I'll be able to keep using my Keepcup for years to come
