I have purchased 2 of these to use about a month ago and am now experiencing leaks regularly which is very annoying. I feel like the seal is not as good and I have to now **** on a lot tighter than when new.

Brilliant! Full with coffee, this went upside down and rolling around in my car and not a drop! Very pleased to see you’ve not shrinked the capacity of your cups like most cafes. This is my second keep cup in 15 years or so and still the same Medium!

Great cup. I have the 12oz version. Keeps the heat, excellent quality of materials. Does not leak. Although expensive compared to some competition, but due to above reasons still worth it in the long term.

I LOVE this Lid & **** thermal cup! It is soooooo awesome!

Despite closing the cup lid securely after a fresh pour, I regularly experience leaks when taking sips. This is highly frustrating as the whole idea behind the purchase was to be able to travel to work which doesn't help when I arrive with splotches of hot coffee all over my shirt.

Love these cups, I already have several and although they are as good as new after several years use, couldn't resist a few more in new colour combinations.
